Stakeholders are committed to achieving the objectives and prepared to review and sign off work
Stakeholders will be available to give guidance and inform the feasibility study

For easy reference and tracking purposes you'd want to give each assumption a reference number.

If there were any existing issues, you'd put an assumption here for each that they will be resolved.
