Constraints

Any systems and processes must adhere to the:

  • Data Protection Act
It is possible that there will be a requirement to monitor staff email and internet usage
  • European Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive
Even though Acme Fashion Supplies' customers are corporate, some aspects will still apply

See the Information Commissioner's guidance documents as applies here:

Accounts

The Accounts department, whose processes are not within the scope of this piece of work, are supported by a basic Sage package for invoicing and general accounting. Where possible, new systems should be able to provide appropriate information to Accounts in electronic format.

If any key staff have holidays within the timeframe of the Feasibility Study, put that here as a constraint.
