Any systems and processes must adhere to the:

  • UK Data Protection Act
It is possible that there will be a requirement to monitor staff email and internet usage
  • European Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive
Even though Acme Fashion Supplies' customers are corporate, some aspects will still apply

See the UK Information Commissioner's guidance documents as applies here:

The Accounts department, whose processes are not within the scope of this piece of work, are supported by a basic Sage package for invoicing and general accounting. Where possible, new systems should be able to provide appropriate information to Accounts in electronic format.

Is that one about Sage really a requirement? Yes, but it also was important enough in the eyes of the business to get a mention here. Not unreasonable...

If any key staff or stakeholders have holidays within the timeframe of the Feasibility Study, put that here as a constraint.
