The key document for this study is the Statement of Requirements for
independant fault management (independant-fault-management-sor.doc). The
alternate option is explored in integrated-fault-management-sor.doc but was
turned down in favour of the first approach.

The other two are the templates for Statements of Requirements and Terms of
Reference documents.

Other external documents are referenced from those supplied that are not
included. These are considered to be superfluous.

The method used is a heavily pragamatised version of SSADM, and demonstrates
that project specifics help determine the method used. Before an experienced
analyst does this, they must assess the project risks of dropping or
modifying parts of the method.
