CV and Resume for Mark Ridley

I am a freelance business analyst specialising in process and data, using structured methods in a pragmatic way (I'm a qualified SSADM practitioner). My experience has been gained in the utilities, financial, insurance, public, government, automotive, leisure and training sectors.

One of my key strengths is my ability to gain the confidence of the business community and ensure their functional and non-functional requirements for any business change are captured, agreed, prioritised and met by the IT camp. I listen well, empathising with the speaker and communicate clearly both verbally and non-verbally.

All are from a business analyst's perspective, aimed at business studies and computing degree students junior business analysts and agents, too.

I've tried to write them in an easily readable form by keeping them as jargon free as possible, though inevitably some's crept in.

	Write a Winning CV: Essential CV Writing... Julie-Ann Amos is a Human Resources Consultant with wide practical and senior level experience in recruiting. She is at the sharp end of staff selection, specialising in highly competitive commercial recruitment.

no image	SSADM Version 4 by Malcolm Eva This second edition focuses on the practical elements of SSADM version 4. The work is divided into three parts to introduce SSADM, explain its complementary techniques, and look at applications. The guide has been updated to reflect the results of the widespread implementation of SSADM. More exercises and examples, particularly in the sections on function definition and dialogue design, are included to suit students.
