Blackpool Tower Ballroom

The fantastically ornate ballroom in Blackpool Tower is famous the world over for its tea dances.

The music is provided on a mighty wurlitzer organ, and it accompanies dancers all season long. The organ is known throughout the world from the recordings and radio broadcasts of Reginald Dixon

The ballroom's famous sequence dancers perform, over the course of the season, a whole range of sequence dances from old favourites like the Tango Serida, Saunter Reve, Sally Ann Cha Cha, Mayfair Quickstep, Ennerdale Waltz & Balmoral Blues, to the Tango Las Vegas, Saunter Sancerre, Campari Cha Cha Cha, Kendray Quickstep & Buttermere Waltz.
