With Sea View

Looking across to the appartments dominating the north end of North Quay, Plymouth Barbican area. A penthouse here will set you back a pretty penny, and prices will only go up.

Much sought after by yachting folk as temporary, or, for the less pecuniary-challenged, permanent accommodation while berthed in one of the many marinas on Plymouth's sea front.

The picture was taken leaning over the side balcony of the China House, now a restaraunt and pub but with a long working maritime past.
