The entrance to the railway station ('stoti') in Palanga, Lithuania. The unusual style of the clock tower reminds me of a medieval cap worn as 'sunday best'. There's an amazing cafe at the side filled with displays of russian army hats and (disabled) standard-issue hand and machine guns!
