Willow sculpture

The 12m sculpture is the largest willow figure in the UK. South West Arts commissioned Serena de la Hey to execute the sculpture for the Year of the Artist 2000.

A skin of willow was interwoven over a 3 ton skeletal framework of steel and the work can be seen between junctions 25 and 24 on the M5 motorway, north bound side.
