Reaping the wind...

To some these are unsightly. I think if I had been used to an unspoilt view and it was proposed that a wind farm would be built near me like this, then I'd be upset too.

But we're quickly reaching the times where luxuries such as having a nice view must play second fiddle to facing up to our environmental responsibilities.

I like the harmony present in this photo: the three generators, each with three blades against a backdrop of a sky with portentous demeanour.
