Mid-party Rest

These two girls were having a rest part way through a toddler birthday party (waiting for the birthday-treat tea). Two little heads poke out from under a bright, crocheted blanket, one at each end of comfy-looking settee. It was Laura's party, the girl on the right, and she loved havng her picture taken - especially with her best friend.

You can just see some of the balloons that made their way through from the party room - and Laura's favourite gift, the satchell teddy that was her temporary pillow. She couldn't be separated from it - not even for a moment!
