Hanging about...

Ladies sit in the summer shade, enjoying a mini picnic in the Armada Way plantings right in the heart of the city centre. A young women sits, reading in the sun and some lads are just hanging around. A child in pretty pink kicks her feet, rocking and balancing against a rough-hewn stone pillar. The water feature is partly hidden by the people emerging from the tree-lined walkway and into the concrete clearing, below which the water temporarily runs until it surfaces into the summer sun in the next section.
