Fountain sundial

Shoppers relax on a hot summer's day, sat on the short rough-hewn hour markers on the tablature of the sundial. The metal-clad reflective gnomon soars skyward against the angled backdrop of Dingles. The angles are softened by the circular, concentric steps leading up to the sundial and the tone softened by the sound of the running, splashing water of the integral fountain.
