Respect 2006. This special project covers Plymouth's annual Respect Festival, 2006. Two days of fun-filled frollicking. World music, world food, world dance and the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress joining the procession. Close to 100 in total!

Bhangra

Nachdey Hasdey (=joyous dancing) are a Folk Bhangra troup who perform traditional Punjabi dances. The colourful silk Kurta and Chadar flow elegantly in the dance, and their crowning glory, the Pag and Turla, finishing of their bhangra costumes.
